Julie Fortier has 20 years of experience managing the design of complex user interfaces in the Financial Services and Travel industries. In 2005, Julie launched UXL to share her user experience consulting expertise with a variety of clients, such as Liberty Travel, XM Radio, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Morgan Stanley.

Formally trained as a designer, she approaches design from a strategic perspective supported by a pragmatic foundation. Equally skilled at facilitating with business and technology stakeholders, Julie remains an undeniable advocate for end users.
