Senior Researcher / UX Strategist

UXL (User Experience Lab) is seeking a Senior Researcher practitioner, with a keen ability to translate user insights into actionable product recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead project-level user research activities, both generative and evaluative

• Participate in sales, planning, and resourcing of UXL research capabilities

• Mentor and manage junior staff; interface with design team

• Help establish company-wide research processes and protocols

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading user research engagements, including moderation

• Interest in, and baseline knowledge of various aspects of financial services

• Being able to think like a designer
